I am a veteran writer and seasoned editor who’s worked for digital and print publications. I have expertise in breaking news coverage and online storytelling, and have worked in print magazines as well, writing about travel, pets, trending products, the workplace and other lifestyle topics.

I am the editor of Northern Virginia Magazine, the region’s premiere lifestyle glossy magazine with a monthly readership of more than 150,000. Previously, I was a contract writer and editor for USA Today’s Studio Gannett, running the national YES! weekly shopping guide, copy editing and proofing pages for the group’s lifestyle glossies and government tabloids, and reporting and writing for those publications.
